How Do I Make a Return?
Our Team is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. IST to assist you with this process. While each situation is unique, we ask that you return the unsatisfactory item to our Returns Department, especially if there is a quality issue. To ensure prompt processing, our Customer Care Department will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return. The item is returned in its original condition: item is not damaged and in resellable condition with original packaging and accessories. The condition of the product is determined upon whether it has been opened, damaged or tampered with in any way.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
